Shipping policy

All orders typically arrive between 2 to 5 business days depending on your location, method of shipment chosen at checkout, and size of the product you have ordered. Delays may occur, in which you will be updated with more information.

Please note with the current Covid-19 situation carriers are expecting higher than usually volume of packages with a reduced staff - this may delay your package from the carrier.

Custom Builds:

Custom or build to order joysticks and arcade cabinets can take 7 to 10 business days to build and then tested, packed, and shipped via the carrier customer chose at checkout.

Custom Console(s):

Retro Console or Retro Classic Consoles can take up to 5 business days to build, test, pack and ship.

Retro MicroSD Media 

All memory cards are burned to order can take 2 business days to process, test, pack and ship.

Accessories:

USB accessories, mouse, keyboard, game pads, power supplies, or Pandora pre-built systems have a 1 business day processing and packed for shipping.
